What is TMPL Baths and what makes it different?
TMPL Baths is a modern sanctuary in the heart of New York, designed to help you restore, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. TMPL merges ancient wellness traditions and modern luxury—offering Himalayan salt saunas, infrared saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and invigorating cold plunges, all in one serene space.

Whether you come to reset after a workout, find stillness in the middle of a busy day, or share quiet moments with a friend, TMPL Baths is where balance and wellness meet. It’s not just a bathhouse—it’s an escape from the city, within the city.
How do I book a pass?
Booking is easy. Visit our website, select your preferred date and time, and lock in your experience. Spa passes are valid only for the selected time and date.
What if I'm running late?
We allow a 30-minute grace period. If you haven’t checked in within 30 minutes of your booked time, it will count as a no-show.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. To reschedule, please call our front desk at 332-242-5537 at least 1 hour before your appointment. We’re happy to move your booking based on availability.
How long can I stay once I check in?
Your booking is for a two hour time period. Please know that you can’t leave the premisses and come back.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations can be made directly through the Mindbody app or by calling our front desk at (332) 242-5537.
Can I buy a TMPL Day Pass as a gift?
Absolutely. Contact our Front Desk at 332-242-5537 or email us info@tmplbaths.com and we’ll handle the booking for you.
I’m a TMPL Madison gym member—do I get a discount?
Yes. TMPL Madison members receive a special rate on TMPL Baths Passes. You can access this price online or at the front desk
What do I wear?
A swimsuit is required throughout the facility. We provide towels, premium toiletries, and secure lockers. Bring your favorite swimsuit and we’ll handle the rest. Please refer from wearing outside shoes.
Can I use my phone inside?
Phones and cameras are not allowed in the spa areas. TMPL Baths is a space to disconnect, be present, and flow without distractions. You’re welcome to use your phone in the front lounge only.
What’s the minimum age to enter?
TMPL Baths is an 18+ experience. No exceptions.
Are the facilities co-ed?
Yes. All areas are co-ed and communal. The vibe is social, inclusive, and elevated.
Can I bring food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed inside. TMPL is a clean, curated space—we ask that you enjoy refreshments before or after your visit.
Are there any health restrictions?
If you’re pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or other health concerns, we recommend speaking to your doctor before visiting. Your safety is our priority.
I lost something during my visit—what should I do?
Please check with the front desk. While we can’t guarantee lost items will be found, we do keep items turned in for a limited time. You can also call us at 332-242-5537 or email info@tmplbaths.com.
